Hiren's BootCD 9.5 是老外朋友做的一款常用Windows、DOS系统工具大全集启动光盘，非常的出名。
Hiren's BootCD 9.5 包括从分区、克隆、杀毒、数据拯救、硬件检测到硬盘维护、DOS和 Windows应用软件方方面面的一张启动光盘，让你一盘在手搞定各种电脑。v8.6之后的版本还加入了Keyboard Patch(键盘补丁)，Hiren's BootCD 9.5 不大，只有60MB左右，刻录成一张小光盘还是非常有用的。
