微软宣布即将公开发布一个针对Tablet/UMPC平台的手写程序：InkSeine。这是由微软研究院开发的新项目，可以加强Tablet PC和UMPC设备的手写功能，支持除Vista Home Basic以外的Vista系统，并且在Vista的体验最好。公开版本将会在2月15日发布。
