Vista之家（www.vista123.com）：【软媒编译】SP存在Bug - 升级Vista SP1/SP2后没声音
不知道大家有没有过这样的经历，安装完Vista SP1或SP2后，突然发现好像系统的声音出问题了。如果是的话，那么，你很有可能遇见了Vista中的一个Bug。目前，微软官方已经确认了此Bug的存在并提供了解决方案。
通过KB948481，微软提供了Fix it脚本用于修复此问题。微软解释称：“当安装完Vista SP1或SP2后，用户很有可能会发现系统的声音遇到了如下几个问题：
1. 播放音频文件无声音
2. 右下角托盘显示：No Audio Output Device is installed(没有安装声音输出设备)
3. 设备管理器中声音设备有黄色感叹号
”
目前，微软提供了KB948481和KB971220用于描述和解决此问题，受影响饿声卡如下：
Realtek AC'97
32位系统: Alcxwdm.sys - 版本 6.0.1.6242 或更早
64位系统: Alcwdm64.sys - 版本 6.0.1.6242或更早
