Vista之家（www.vista123.com）：【软媒编译】禁用Vista/Win7中的TCP半开连接数限制
步骤如下，适用于Windows Vista/Server 2008/7。
1. 开始菜单 - 运行
2. 输入regedit
3. 找到如下键值：
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\
Services\Tcpip\Parameters\
4. 在右侧面板中找到EnableConnectionRateLimiting
5. 删除此键值或者双击键值，设置值为0
6. 重启系统
