 不知大家是否曾有过这样的经历，正在浏览网页时突然想起来要去看看天气啊、交通啊以及某些公司的股票价格啊啥的。现在，通过IE8，用户无需浏览其他网站即可了解到此方面的信息，甚至更多。我们称这功能为“Web Slice”（网页节选）。

那么到底什么是“Web Slice”呢？其实此功能呢，可以将用户需要的数据直接链接到IE 8的收藏夹工具条中。比如，下面这个天气：

另外，无需一直去点击网站以获取最新的天气信息，通过Web Slice，用户可以在页面内追踪信息并时刻保持最新。同时，如果某网站有Web Slice，IE 8会在第一时间通知用户。看到图中的绿色图标没？这就是Web Slice的标志。

小提示：用户可以右键收藏夹工具条-刷新以更新Web Slice 信息

目前，通过Live Search，用户可以获取天气、交通和股票方面的信息。
