MDO公司发布了eBoostr 1.0，通过它可以使用附加驱动器（包括闪存和移动硬盘）作为机器性能提升的缓存，实现Vista的ReadyBoost技术所带来的性能提升。换句话说，有了eBoostr，Windows XP用户也可以使用ReadyBoost技术了。
除此之外，eBoostr还具有以下几个优点：

* 为频繁使用的程序和文件智能缓存，以达到性能最大化；
* 支持USB和非USB移动设备，包括附加硬盘；
* 可以同时使用4个设备进行智能缓存；
