如果对大家说起处理器识别工具CPU-Z，其知名度和必备度无需赘言；
硬件网站TechPowerUp.com现在又给我们提供了一个类似的工具，用于显卡检测识别的“GPU-Z”，体积仅有349KB，支持Windows 2000/XP/Vista。这样，你就可以知道你的显卡是什么芯片的了，省的到处测试驱动程序了。在GPU-Z 0.0.8 版本里面，690G Vista驱动终于识别出来了。

1、增加对大量ATI、NVIDIA设备的检测支持
2、修正在旧版NVIDIA驱动上崩溃的问题
3、改进ATI Vista、XP驱动检测(参考附图)
4、改进ATI、NVIDIA显卡ROP光栅化引擎、Shader着色器的检测
5、修正GeForce 7系列之前旧款NVIDIA显卡显存频率读取错误的问题
6、上传认证标签页中可选是否填写E-mail
7、升级管理器可以在需要的时候打开新浏览器窗口
